Committee Groups

    Executive Committee

    The equivalent of a Board of Directors, this committee serves as an oversight body and is responsible for the primary leadership function of the association. The executive committee consists of officers of the association and is chaired by an elected President (of the association). View the list of current members.

    Fund-Raising Committee

    This committee is responsible for planning and coordinating all fund raising activities of the association, consistent with association rules and regulations and U.S. regulatory guidelines. The committee is led by a chairperson and reports into the executive committee.

    Media Committee

    This committee is charged with the oversight and coordination of all association information dissemination and delivery media. The committee responsibilities include management of the association website, management of press release delivery methods, and other such communication media. The committee is led by a chairperson and reports into the executive committee.

    Membership Committee

    This committee is responsible for planning and coordinating all membership drive activities and campaigns. These include outreach programs and efforts focused on making contact with FGCL alumni in North America and encouragng membership in the association. The committee is led by a chairperson and reports into the executive committee.

    Publicity Committee

    This committee is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing all association publicity campaigns and press releases. The committee (designated person) also serves as the primary spokesperson for the association. The committee is led by a chairperson and reports into the executive committee.

    Project Implementation Committee

    This committee is responsible for the overall oversight and management reporting of each and every project campaign chartered and approved by the association. Each project under the care of this committee is organized as a sub-committee, with a sub-committee chairperson.
